Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the return authorization number on the package
  5. Ship the product to the address we provide
  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, etc.).

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will send you an email confirming receipt
  • We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return criteria
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Refund Amount

Refunds will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product
  • Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)

Refunds will not include:

  • Customs duties or import taxes

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items

7. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Provide your order number and details of what you received
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent
  • We will cover all shipping costs
  • You may keep or return the incorrect product at no charge

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or payment method statement
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • Contact us at support@quabalexclix.world with your order number
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Return the original product following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the original purchase

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships:

  • If the order hasn't shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
